The screens your team uses
Nine parts, each with its own page, all on one made-up lodge. No account needed.
Nine parts. One system.
Every room, every channel
Every night in one grid. Booking.com, Airbnb and your own direct guests land in the same row, so the only question left is whether the room is free — not which screen to check.Direct and OTA in one list
Every stay, wherever it came from, with the guest, the nights and what they actually pay. Commission is shown where it happens, not buried in a monthly statement.Tasks that write themselves
A departure creates a cleaning task. Nobody types it or has to remember it, and nobody has to be told twice. The person doing the work sees today first, then the week ahead. For the rest (the leaking tap, the trip to town, the deck to paint) the Tasks tab has an action list in color-coded categories: each task with a person, status, priority, due date and subtasks.Every channel, one calendar
Connect Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and the other channels from the panel. Staywarden creates your property, rooms and rates in the channel manager, already matched — and from then on a night sold on one channel closes on all the others.Set it once, sold everywhere
One price per room, seasons, price by number of guests and the stay rules — in one place. A change stays a draft until you have seen exactly what changes and where it goes; then your booking page and every channel get the same numbers.Your own website and booking page
A real website for your hotel or lodge — cover, story, rooms with galleries, how to get there and questions — with a booking page where guests see the free rooms and the total with tax, and pay by card straight into your own account. No commission.Roles, sign-ins and permissions
Everyone gets their own way in and sees only their own work. The gardener never sees the numbers; the accountant never sees the guests’ passports. Paid by the hour? Each person starts and stops a timer on their task, and you can correct it — every change is logged.Hacienda 4.4, signed and sent
The part everybody puts off. Staywarden works out which documents are owed from the stays you already have, builds them to the letter of the spec, and files them one at a time.Costs, VAT and the month’s result
What came in, what went out, and what is left — with the assumed figures marked as assumed. A number you have not entered is not a number you should trust.
Try it in the panel
Three screens open right here, on an example lodge. Pick one.
True on every screen
Everyone sees only their part
The cleaner signs in with their own email and sees their tasks. The accountant sees the numbers, never the passports. Permissions live on the server — what isn’t yours never reaches your screen.
Your data leaves when you do
One click exports everything to one file — bookings, payments, invoices with their XML, expenses and more; only the keys are left out. A system you can’t leave isn’t a system — it’s a trap.
Opens with no signal in the room
Built where the signal drops. Screens load on a weak connection, and offline the panel opens its last saved copy: changes to rooms, prices, settings and team wait on the device until the signal returns. Bookings and ticked tasks need a connection, and nothing depends on the guest having data.
Before you invoice
Electronic invoicing needs a key from Hacienda. It is the one part nobody can do for you.
