Hacienda 4.4, signed and sent
The part everybody puts off. Staywarden works out which documents are owed from the stays you already have, builds them to the letter of the spec, and files them one at a time.
Everything below runs on an example lodge in Drake Bay, Osa. The lodge, the guests and the numbers are all made up.
The plan is computed, not typed
Nobody decides what is owed. It follows from the stays, so a forgotten month cannot hide.
One document at a time
A filing cannot be undone and a number is used up the moment it is taken. “Issue all” goes through the month one document at a time and shows you each verdict.
A 202 is not a yes
Hacienda confirms receipt first and decides later. Until the verdict arrives, the document shows “sent” — never “accepted”.
What it doesn’t do
It cannot get your certificate for you: TRIBU-CR, the cryptographic key and the activity codes are yours to register — the guide walks you through the nine screens. And it only issues the tiquete electrónico: invoices to a company (factura electrónica) and credit notes are not available yet. Invoicing is part of Complete.
